Tres Leches


This is my new favorite cake recipe because not only is it delicious, it’s also fairly easy to make and looks impressive.  I changed this recipe slightly by making it into a layer cake and adding strawberries.  I would reccomend making it the night before you plan to serve it to allow the milk mixture to soak into the cake more – but I have to admit I was not able to stop myself from having a slice the night of.  And it was pretty darn tasty if I say so myself!
