Yesterday I found this recipe from my new favorite food/cooking blogger (go see her photos for this dish because they’re beautiful). I was in the mood for something somewhat healthy – but also hearty – and it seemed like the perfect dish. There were a fair amount of ingredients but it was actually a pretty easy meal to make. It’s also a good looking dish, so the perfect thing to make for dinner parties to impress your guests!
Sorry for the slightly blurry photo, but it still looks delicious don’t you think? I decided to drizzle some olive oil on the bread and quickly grill it. PLEASE DO THIS. Seriously, it makes such a difference and doesn’t take long at all. Can’t wait to eat leftovers today!
